Cannot start Container after reboot - error

I’m using the latest Snap LXD install, with a pool created on a btrfs formatted separate drive.
With a container running, I issue a reboot.
When the system is back, I have this error message when I try to start it.
There doesn’t appear to be any error messages anywhere to help resolve issue.
Suggestions?

lxc start ubuntu1

error: saving config file for the container failed
Try lxc info --show-log ubuntu1 for more info

lxc info --show-log ubuntu1
