Centos 8 Stream containers - slow ipv4 assignment

Hi guys,

When starting a new Centos 8 Stream container, it takes 1m 30s for it to get ipv4 address. Other images (fedora 37, rockylinux 8, centos stream 9) are getting ipv4 addresses almost instantaneously.

Looking at our daily logs, I believe it has started on 16th March

An update on that one! Apparently it was a systemd issue related to logging (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2189428) . It was fixed a few days ago by a new systemd version
