Failed to verify PE binaries?

Hi! When booting IncusOS after reinstalling my RAM, I keep getting the following error when booting:

IncusOS is starting...
IncusOS failed to verify PE binaries: ERROR: failed to verify any PE binary from TPM event log
PCR4 Event: Separator
PCR4 Event: EFI Boot Services Application
    EFooootx64.efi
PCR4 Event: EFI Boot Services Application
    \EFI\Linux\IncusOS_202607192224

The system is unable to connect to the network (connected via ethernet) so I’m not sure how to get the debug logs out, maybe downloading from the boot drive or UEFI? I’m not so sure.

I’m using a Dell Optiplex 7050 on the latest UEFI firmware.

Not too happy about the idea but if I have to I can try the swtpm implementation from IncusOS rather than hardware but I’d at least like to give this a fair shake as it was working before.

curiously now it boots up with some warnings saying it fell back to an earlier version of the OS. I can send logs in DMs but I’m a little apprehensive about just sending them unredacted in the forums atm
