How to replace default zfs storage with the new one

Hi all,
I just want to replace the old default zfs pool with the new one and discard the old one? What is the best proper way do to that? Any suggestions are welcome.

Create the new pool, move the instances and volumes to it, update any profiles’ disk devices to reference the new pool, then delete the old one.

Humm I supposed, i cant delete the default storage but after changing the profile to the new zfs location, everything is fine.
