Incorrect internal date time

if i run date command into host, this is correct:
mradmin@ns324631:/$ date
vie jul 28 11:14:07 CEST 2017

if i’m do the same thing into container, also is correct:
root@container:~# date Fri Jul 28 11:14:52 CEST 2017

But if inside container, executes a ps, give me wrong dates (Sep09):
root@container:~# ps aux root 5696 0.0 0.0 172784 3036 ? Ss Sep09 0:00 nginx: master process /usr/sbin/nginx -g daemon on; master_process on;

I have two hosts with the exactly same configuration (same version of lxd 2.15, ubuntu16 updated, with same configuration and same images: ubuntu:16.04)
But one of those host show this issue and the other no, show me dates of the “ps” correctly.

from the host, the same process looks correct:
165536 15418 0.0 0.0 129488 1520 ? Ss 09:21 0:00 nginx: master process /usr/sbin/nginx -g daemon on; master_process on;

any idea?

ps reporting the wrong timestamp is a lxcfs bug which was fixed upstream and cherry-picked by some of the Linux distributions (Ubuntu at least).

Make sure your lxcfs on the host is up to date.
