    network: incusbr2
    type: nic
  root:
    path: /
    pool: default
    type: disk
name: default
used_by:
- /1.0/instances/fail

project: default

the network is

incus network show incusbr2
config:
  ipv4.address: 10.161.53.1/24
  ipv4.dhcp: "true"
  ipv4.nat: "true"
  ipv6.address: fd42:9170:59ba:aa87::1/64
  ipv6.nat: "true"
description: ""
name: incusbr2
type: bridge
used_by:

I restart the incus, reinstall incus, but this never work

thanks !!!

The most common case is that there is some other service running on the server, and this other service is using port 53 on network device incusbr2.

Use

sudo lsof -nP -iTCP -sTCP:LISTEN

The output should say

COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
...
dnsmasq 4037 incus 9u IPv4 53405 0t0 TCP 10.161.53.1:53 (LISTEN)

That or a firewall conflict, most commonly happening when you also have Docker on the system.
