I noticed that the incus version went from 7.0 to 7.1: will there be a version 7.0.1? In version 6, I kept the latest 6.0.x version, and the 6.x version.
Yup, there will be a 7.0 LTS series ( GitHub - lxc/incus at stable-7.0 · GitHub ) 
I believe the plan is to have a 7.0.1 release fairly soon; @stgraber will have a better idea when that will be.
