Lxc-file-push/pull does not display status/progress

Hi,

Correct me if I’m wrong but I do not think this feature has been implemented yet so this is more of a feature request tbh.
Moving large and/or lots files using lxc-file-push/pull can take a long time and it would be super helpful to get some sort of feedback namely a status and/or progress bar, many thanks!

Progress information is shown by LXD, however you need to ensure you have sufficient horizontal space available in your terminal or it won’t be displayed.

However if that is the case wouldn’t you agree that makes it a little too fickle and flaky for general use?
Perhaps a more dynamic, simple 0-100% progress bar would be more appropriate/useful? thanks!
