Lxc move fails with: Migration API failure: not found

Hello guys, I’ve been looking around and moving containers seems pretty straightforward, however I am unable to do so.

LXD version 3.13 with 3 node cluster
OS Ubuntu 18.04
FS: ZFS
Network: FAN

root@host01:~# lxc move old old2 --target host1 (the container lives in host2)
Error: Migration API failure: not found

What am I doing wrong??
