LXD images from JFROG Artifactory?

Hi,

Has anyone integrated LXD image server with JFROG Artifactory[1]? As I understand, LXD images can either be served by a simplestreams server or LXD itself. But both require a separate service to be managed. I would like to fetch LXD images directly from Artifactory instead of running another service.

[1] Artifactory is a “universal artifact repo manager” and we use it to access all kinds of different artifacts (Debian Pkgs, go/npm modules, github repos and binary releases). It is handy in a corporate environment because you only need to manage a single (altough complex) service.
