When creating a storage pool, is it possible to specify the UUID instead of the device name?
when reboot the host several times, sometimes the device name may change.

For most storage drivers LXD will attempt to do that lookup for you, but you can always use one of the /dev/disk/ entries (by-path, by-id, by-uuid, …) in the first place.
