Is it possible to use a self signed certificate?
To tell the truth I have a bit of a confusion about the certificates in incusOS configuration so I don’t want to make mistakes here because if I change the wrong certificate I’m sure I will have some issues.
yeah u can put a self-signed (or any) cert on the IncusOS webui. path right now is incus admin update-certificate from a linux cli talking to that remote (mac client hides some admin cmds).
-make ur cert + key
-incus remote add … if needed
-incus admin update-certificate
dont hand-edit the cluster/server identity bits in config, thats what bricks remotes. theres a pr to expose the admin cmd better, and a ui ask in the other cert thread.
Silly me, I have been using a very old incus client version and missing all the good stuff!
