I have probably done something dumb again, but on one of my servers, I can only get debian images, not ubuntu images from images.linuxcontainers.org:
On my other servers, it all works as usual. I am a little lost as to why it partially works on one server?

Most likely you already had the Debian image cached locally so it didn’t need to fetch it.
Thank you for replying. I can’t fully determine the fault as, after I saw your reply, I retried it and this time it downloaded the Ubuntu image without error, so perhaps I should have just waited a few hours and retried first. V/R
