/var/snap/lxd/common/mntns not found

I installed ubuntu 22.04 and executed ‘lxd init’ with a dedicated zfs partition.
I saw that the link /var/snap/lxd/common/mntns exists, pointing to /proc/1140/root.
There is no folder /proc/1140 (/proc/1120 and /proc/1163 exist, but no 1140).

I restarted from scratch, but same result. Now /var/snap/lxd/common/mntns points to /proc/1186/root, but there is no /proc/1186.

I hope somebody knows what is happening here.

I noticed that by reinstalling ubuntu i was back to lxd 5.0.0, with prior installs it was always 5.0.1.
I will try again with 5.0.1

Same problem with lxd 5.0.1

I can’t understand your problem. Did you see an error during lxd init related to this?

No errors during lxd init.
After a reboot I could consult /var/snap/lxd/common/mntns, so everything seems ok now.
