Windows OS in the images repo

Might sound stupid but want to ask.

Any plans to add Windows server images (ofcourse, the evaluation images) to “https://images.linuxcontainers.org/? That way one can pull the image, start it, and then apply the licence?

I know that it is possible to attach an ISO to an empty VM, boot, and install Windows. However, the ability to pull from the images: remote would be nice.

We can’t really do that legally. Microsoft does build some VM images that they distribute directly, so eventually it may be possible for them to provide an image server, but as far as I know, re-distribution of even unactivated Windows images isn’t allowed by their licensing agreement.
