I just migrated from lxd to incus and using fedora 39.
I installed incus from ganto/lxc4 and download manually lxd-to-incus because it was not provided.
incus version is 0.5
incus image list images: is working and present me all images but when I try to launch any container or vim I’m getting
Error: Failed instance creation: Failed getting remote image info: Failed getting image: The requested image couldn’t be found
That’s interesting, can you run the incus launch command with --debug?

I’ve restarted the system and incus is working just fine. I guess it was some leftover from the lxd migration.
I think I may be facing the same issue. I’ve migrated from LXD to incus using the lxd-to-incus command.
I’m unable to pull images. Unfortunately, a restart doesn’t work for me.

Wipe /var/cache/incus/ and then restart the incus service.
We’ve merged a change in lxd-to-incus to do that automatically in Incus 0.6.
Thank you @stgraber . That indeed fixes it!
In the meantime, it might be good to mention this on the image server thread as the fact that I was using LXD 5.20 was the reason I had to migrate before Incus LTS comes out.
It was a bit confusing to still not be able to pull images afterward.
Added a note to the post
