LXD 3.20 has been released

Introduction The LXD team is very excited to announce the release of LXD 3.20! We purposefully accelerated our normal monthly release cycle to just two weeks as a way to quickly integrate the many enhancements and bugfixes that followed the release of LXD 3.19.
