When I try to back up /var/snap/lxd/common/lxd, I get ‘does not exist’ warnings for the following files:
seccomp.socket
unix.socket
shmounts
Is this a problem? Is this backup still valid?

Those get created by LXD on start up so shouldn’t be a problem.
But always test your backup restores
