I focus on security, and I see Kata containers that provide container work outside system kernel instead it use other kernel inside lightweight VM that make it much secure the other containers runtimes
Can I use it with LXD?

No, LXD either supports full virtual machines (qemu) or it supports containers (lxc).
Kata is a weird in-between which isn’t particularly interesting to us as it breaks most of the nice features of containers while not providing a full virtual environment.
You can lose some/most features for better security
If you want virtualization, that’s okay, LXD does it too. Just create a LXD VM.
