I have an Incus image for Windows Server 2022 with the latest version 0.1.248 virtio driver installed. Can it support Lxd agent? How should I install it?

No, the Incus agent is currently only supported on Linux.
We do want to add Windows support for it but that’s currently blocked on the lack of a supported virtio-vsock driver on Windows and then on porting the agent to use that driver once it’s available.
