I created a new 3 node cluster on Ubuntu 22.04, lxd 5.8. All hosts show online and fully operational. When I try to launch a host I get:
Error: Failed instance creation: Failed creating instance record: Add instance info to the database: Failed to create “instances” entry: NOT NULL constraint failed: instances.node_id
Anyone know what’s gone wrong here?
