Error Start vm with GPU type mdev

create vm and set gpu type is mdev, then start vm error.
show log is :

The GPU is a consumer-grade GTX 1660 Super. Unlocked mdev functionality via the git project vgpu_unlock. In “lxc info --resources” can see mdev profile.
This GPU has 6Gib ram, I choose the mdev profile of 1Gib

system version: Ubuntu 20.04 5.4.0-148-generic
lxc version: 5.13

What was the solution out of interest?

Because my server have only one GPU with GTX1660 Super.
I use another server with HD and RTX 5000. the error not again.
