Failing to set a static IP on a previous dynamic

I’ve ran into a situation where I can’t set a static IP on a container that has previousuly had dynamically assigned IP.

Is this a known issue? I would have thought that DHCP leases would be stored on the host file system and that this file would be referenced when a container requests for an IP on reboot. # Steps to reproduce ``` 1. Step one Save the output of `lxc list | egrep RUNNING` 2. Step two Reboot the host system 3. Step three Compare the output of `lxc list | egrep RUNNING` with that saved previously Note: You may notice that some containers will come back up with a different IP - not always the case. I would need some help figuring out how I can set a static IP on a container where there was previously a dynamic.
