Fedora 42 downgraded Incus because of qemu conflict; VMs cannot start anymore

With Fedora 41 I was using Incus 6.11 (I think, or maybe even 6.11)

A few days ago I upgraded Fedora to 42. Now, the Incus packages are Fedora (not ganto_lxc4). Then I discovered that Incus was downgraded to 6.8. This is caused by conflicts with qemu 9.2 that comes with Fedora 42. But also 6.8 isn’t working for VMs. See 2360678 – Incus version in Fedora 42 is incompatible with released QEMU version .

Error: Failed to add CPUs: Failed to add device: Invalid parameter type for 'core-id', expected: integer
Error: Failed setting up device via monitor: Failed setting up device "eth0": Failed adding NIC device: Invalid parameter type for 'bootindex', expected: integer

I was wondering if this is already reported somewhere (besides in the Fedora bugzilla).

QEMU 9.2 is only supported starting Incus 6.9, so I think this should only be reported on Fedora’s side.
