How to access logs from previous boot? (resume issue)

After using incus admin os system suspend I was not able to return to a fully functional state: upon pressing a key the screen would quickly wake and then immediately return to suspend. I had to force power cycle the machine to get it back to working.

This led me to want to check the logs of the last boot, but incus admin os debug log only shows current boot. Logging - IncusOS documentation only mentions external logging, which I haven’t set up.

Is there a way to access previous boot logs in IncusOS?
