How to compile or get an executable of the lxd-p2c utility

The lxd-p2c utility helps to migrate physical servers to LXD containers.
In the following tutorial, we show

  1. how to compile yourself lxd-p2c in a LXD container.
  2. how to get a copy of the executable from the Github Actions artifacts for the LXD projects (requires a Github account in order to download the artifact).
