Does anyone know why Incus 7.x is not released for Fedora? There is a Redhat Buzilla entry for it [1], but the question about it has not been answered. I don’t know where else to look.
upstream doesnt build the fedora package, zabbly only ships deb repos for debian/ubuntu. so 7.x landing in fedora is entirely up to whoever maintains the incus rpm there, and “new version available” bugzilla tickets get ignored constantly.
better shot is going straight at the package repo on src.fedoraproject.org and opening an issue / pinging the maintainer, or asking on the fedora devel list. if nobody is really maintaining it thats also the answer, then it needs a new maintainer or you run the upstream builds yourself in the meantime.

In the mean time I’ve build my own .rpm package. As a start I have version 7.1 running on my Fedora44 system.
