You need an .env with a `INCUS_REMOTE` from `incus remote list`
to deploy "ic-healthd" as well as "ic-tools" from this repo.

https is easy. incus config set core.https_address=:8443 (out of my head).

No need for “incus-admin” and stuff once set, also required for ic-healthd to work.
