Is there an archive of the Debian container images anywhere?
I found out that Debian 9 is no longer available and does not exist at images.linuxcontainers.org.

Indeed, it was removed almost a year ago (https://github.com/lxc/lxc-ci/pull/568). We don’t keep archive of old images.

If you need such an old image, you can potentially build one yourself using distrobuilder: https://linuxcontainers.org/distrobuilder/ You can then use the debian.yaml from lxc-ci.
