I’m trying to move a CT from a lxc 3.14 host to a lxc 3.8 host, is it the problem ?
Any other solution than upgrading to 3.14 the 3.8 host ? (it’s planned but a bit later…)
Yes, that’s the problem. Moving containers from a more recent version of LXD to an older one will pretty often fail due to the target not understanding the config of the source.
In this case, I think it should be fine for you to do lxc config unset NAME volatile.idmap.current and then proceed with the move.
