Lxc-to-incus does nothing, no error, no messages

I was under the impression that I could simply run lxc-to-incus. However, whatever command or options I use it always returns immediately and without any message or error. Exit code is 0.

I have a running lxd and a running incus. I just want to migrate my profiles, which I can do manually. But I thought lxc-to-incus could help with the migration.

If you are migrating from LXD to Incus, you need to run lxd-to-incus.

If, instead, you are migrating from LXC to Incus, you would run lxc-to-incus. LXC is the one that has commands that look like lxc-create, lxc-start, etc.
