Currently I cannot create any containers but the existing ones are working fine.
note: VM(s) can be created but cannot be resized.
- kernel: 5.15.78-1-lts
- btrfs-progs: v6.0.1
Error: Failed instance creation: Failed creating instance from image: Failed to run: btrfs qgroup create 0/15516 /var/lib/lxd/storage-pools/default/images/1e7e331a3ea7d3bc7792c5fa6003e02c368ed940153bb6f14c5f26bba5cb2904: exit status 1 (ERROR: unable to create quota group: File exists)

UPDATE:
Downgrading to btrfs-progs v6.0 seems to have fixed the problem for me
