LXD Container loses connection to the internet

my container was working fine, an later i cannot pull packages from the internet when logged in to the container. I tried restarting the container but it doesn’t solve the problem until i reboot the host machine . It will work fine again for a while and the problem starts again in an hour’s time.

Please what could be the problem?

This can happen if you have another DHCP/DNS server on your system which conflicts with LXD.
Same would also be explained by a firewall that kicks in after LXD starts. That hour delay would likely be the DHCP lease expiry.

Please how do I troubleshoot that, cuz I just I just did a fresh installation on the host and launched a new container.
