Lxd create new zfs pool with ashift=12?

How can I create new zfs pool with ashift=12 ?
zfs write speed is very slow

For such advanced configs, it’s usually best for you to create the pool by hand with zpool create and then just pass it to LXD with lxc storage create my-pool zfs source=ZPOOL-NAME.
