LXD dependencies on Centos7? - rsync/librsync - are they needed?

Hi all,

I’m working on arm64 machine with Centos7 and a custom based kernel (4.19.128).
LXD version 3.0.4 was installed via snap.

I would like to know whether it is required or recommended to install packages like:
- rsync
- librsync

because i notice that those packages are installed when LXD installed from sources , but don’t think they were installed here with snap.

for example lxcfs and other packages are there.

Currently the LXD together with LXDUI is working, just asking to know if those packages might be needed for the containers use?

The LXD snap bundles everything it needs to function, you don’t need to install packages outside of it.
