LXD fails to start: Duplicate config row found for key "ipv4.address" for network ID 4

For some reason after host reboot my LXD started failing with the error:

Duplicate config row found for key “ipv4.address” for network ID 4

I checked /var/snap/lxd/common/lxd/database/global/db.bin and the networks_config table indeed contains a duplicate entry but how do I get rid of it? Tried to edit the db data but it just comes back…
