Seeing incus VMs from cockpit

I use cockpit on ubuntu. It shows podman containers. And, has a section for virtual machines. There isn’t a lot of information on the virtual machine page, but I’m assuming this is a place to manage KVM VMs. My machines are VMs, qemu VMs. I installed the cockpit-machines dpkg, and restarted, but I don’t see anything.

Does anyone have success in using cockpit to see incus VMs?

My guess is that it relies on libvirt to get the VM list, our VMs aren’t managed through libvirt so they wouldn’t show up.

You may need to directly contribute a plugin/extra logic to cockpit to talk to Incus and show our containers and VMs.
