Singularity containter execution within a LXD container

Receiving the following error when executing a Singularity container with my LXD container:

error: while mounting image /proc/self/fd/3: failed to find loop device: could not attach image file to loop device: no loop devices available

I would appreciate any help with this…

This isn’t the right forum for LXD support, you need to use the Ubuntu forum for that these days.

As for your question, it looks like Singulary uses loop devices, loop devices cannot be used inside of containers, so you’d want to instead run it inside of a virtual machine.
