Support systemd-nspawn as runtime?

Hello,
I have read that you recently added support for Docker containers inside Incus.

So I wondered if it would be possible to also add support for systemd-nspawn containers.
Basically so Incus could also act as manager for nspawn.

Is this something you would consider or would it be even technically possible?

We didn’t add support for the Docker/runc runtime, we added support for their images and still run everything under our own runtime (LXC).

I don’t currently see any reason for us to add support for a 3rd party runtime when ours has been widely available in Linux distributions for the past 15 years or so and provides us the deep integration we need.
