The server port in the LXC container listens on both tcp and tcp6, but after the host proxy is created, only tcp6 is available on the host

:::9000 will listen on both IPv4 and IPv6.

That said, it does seem weird that we wouldn’t restrict it to IPv4-only when the configuration requests it.
