My olded image from images: contains a folder /etc/network/ for interfaces file and it downloaded at Sep 2, 2020 at 11:00am (UTC)
Why actual images I download not contain this folder now? Something new?
No idea what distro or release you’re talking about so kinda hard to help.
Newer Ubuntu releases do not use /etc/network, instead relying on /etc/netplan, maybe that’s what you noticed?
Oh. Sorry. Yes it’s for ubuntu images and debian too.
It’s fixed for debian today but yesturday no /etc/network folder exist for me 
@stgraber is it possible due to a wrong image uploaded yesturday?
