my windows in incus pop up and say shuting down after 8 min. after 8 min shutdown and now has status ERROR:

Have you tried to force-shutdown this VM, and to restart it ?
Is it in prod, or can the host be rebooted ?
An incus update went out yesterday, could you check the version you’re on?
If 6.1, you should consider rebooting if it’s an option, i had a few issues with running hosts updating… it is suggested to evacuate/stop host before update, to avoid problems 
Was Windows VM reboot due to Windows Update ?
