LinuxCon, ContainerCon, CloudOpen and the new Open Community Conference combine under one umbrella name in 2017 - the Open Source Summit. At the Open Source Summit, you will collaborate, share information and learn across a wide variety of topics, with 2,000 technologists and community members.
The Open Source summit will be between the 11 and 14th of September 2017.
The Linux Security Summit will be on the 14th and 15th of September 2017.
And lastly the Linux Plumbers Conference will be between the 13th and 15th of September 2017.
Christian Brauner (@brauner), Serge Hallyn (@hallyn) and Stéphane Graber (@stgraber) from the LXD team will be there to meet and chat about all things containers.
We’ll be giving the following talks:
- GPU, USB, NICs and Other Physical Devices in Your Containers (@stgraber)
- Condensing Your Infrastructure Using System Containers (@stgraber)
- Introduction to System Containers (@brauner)
As for the containers micro-conference at Linux Plumbers, we’ll be running the event and giving a couple of the talks. You can learn more about it here.
We look forward to meeting users, catching up with contributors and discussing with the broader Linux community about the next step for containers on Linux!
See you in Los Angeles!
