Easy issues for new contributors

Introduction

We often have new contributors ask us about ideas for initial contributions to
our projects. To accommodate that, we use an Easy label in our Github issues
to indicate what we feel are good starting points for contributors.

Below is an up to date list of those issues across all our projects as well as
an indication as to whether they’ve been assigned to somebody already.

If you’d like to work on one of those, just comment in the Github issue, we’ll
assign it to you and we’ll answer any question you may have as you work on it.
